Similarly several other web-hosting companies provide free tools which help us in creating web-sites.Hence we can remove from our minds any concerns regarding creation of web-sites.It can be done free of cost.

Let's assume that you have registered a domain using,say, Ipower.com.Here is what you do to get your web site up and running:

Step1: Login to ipower.com
Step2: Go to control panel.You will find several sections.
Step3:Go to the section called Web Site:Click on the icon for Set Site Editor.
Step4:Under "CM4all WebSite Creator",click on launch CM4all button.
In the next page you will find the heading WebSite Creator Management
Step5:Enter a descriptive name for your web site in the box provided
Step6:Select the radio button: Limited - No Credits
Step7: Click on Create new Site.This completes Phase1 of the site creation.
(Every domain purchase comes with a free limited web-site type.This means you can create a web-site with a maximum of 9 pages only using this tool.My suggestion is to first try the limited type .Once you understand it fully, you can buy the Premium site credit which allows creation of unlimited number of pages.)

You will be taken to a wysiwyg screen with self-explanatory details.

Step8:Select the template you require from the hundreds of combinations available.
Step9: Follow the procedure in the order given in the screen.The last step is to publish your web-site.Once you complete this step, you would have not only created your web-site but also published it successfully.Now your web site is available for all the world to see!Very simple.Isn't it?No HTML.No java.Just English knowledge is enough.
